In early 2017 I met a UNSW student that needed help learning Python - this began my career as an educator.
COVID-19 has had a massive impact on the efficacy of group-based education. I started advertising my services and received an influx of messages from frustrated students seeking private tuition.
With this overflow of students, I brought on another tutor (Luke) and reached out to product designer (Bernama) to help give this story some identity and from that - SurryHQ was born.
